They are inspired by a conversation with my therapist. I mentioned that I have a hard time “shutting my brain off” normally, so when I attempt to meditate, it gets even harder. She recommended thinking of thoughts as passing clouds. Have a thought? That’s okay. Acknowledge it, and let it pass along like a cloud.
I have 9 pins available - each one is approximately 2.5-2.75”w x 2”h. The back is a different color felt with a contrasting floss date and signature detail. Each pin consist of layers of felt, embroidery floss and a metal pin backing.
